Your Responsibilities
The Client Development Associate provides administrative and analytical support to the People Solutions production group to help leverage activities and procedures to gain efficiencies and maximise revenue growth. Focus is to assist with the generation of domestic and global new business opportunities, their conversion and seamless on-boarding to meet revenue targets by:
- Project managing all new client implementations, on-boarding and post review activities
- Supporting production of proposal documents, reports, tenders and presentation materials
- Supporting marketing activities including collateral, mailings, social media and events
- New business pipeline/Salesforce administration, monitoring and reporting
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Establish prospect files and ensure they remain current
- Undertake client on-boarding including relevant checks, issue of contract, finance processes
- Issue appointment letters and liaise with insurers to ensure timely delivery of required data
- Be key point of contact for client and manage activity planner
- As required, assist in obtaining initial quotes from market
- Draft initial reports for Producer
- May attend client/prospect meetings with Producer to assist as requested
- Conducts research on prospective companies and assists with data requests to provide company background information, identify key contacts, and prepare for meetings
- Composes and prepares a variety of correspondence, reports, and internal documents in support of producer new business development activities
- Administrator to Salesforce responsible for helping Producers with updates and reporting
- Support campaign mailings and follow-up
Qualifications
- Self-motivator able to pick up tasks and deliver with sometimes minimal support/guidance
- Able to manage workloads and prioritise to meet new demands
- Work at pace and deliver to often tight deadlines
- Project management skills with attention to detail and accuracy of all outputs
- Ability to track activity and proactively alert team/client to impending deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally clients, insurers and other associates
- At ease with establishing and maintaining positive relationships with new clients
- Ability to support and coordinate the production of reports and presentation materials
