A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Account Manager to join our highly successful and growing North American team in the city.

North American Property Team
Our North American Property team is one of the most well-established teams within the entire Lockton Wholesale and is consistently growing from strength to strength every year. The vacancy sits within a team of Account Managers working closely to support our Specialist Property Placing Brokers who work mainly across US and Canada.
Role Responsibilities:
- Providing Technical support to the Placing Brokers in the North American Property
- Ability to create open market MRC’s and facility declaration off-slips and endorsements.
- Some day-to-day client and market involvement where required
- Preparing market submissions for new and renewal business
- Liaising with clients to request information
- Preparation of Final Terms/Binding documents for Clients
- Working closely with processing and Accounts teams in order to monitor premium payments and assist in chasing for outstanding funds
Qualifications
- Min 5 years previous experience in handling North American Property risks
- Competent in putting together MRC slips and knowledge of market standards
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment and on own initiative
- Ability to work 3 days in the office (as a minimum)
- Some previous experience of brokasure system would be beneficial but not essential
- A working knowledge of PPL process would be beneficial
