This is a new role based in Lockton’s Manchester office and is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator who has great IT skills, organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.

About the Role
The successful candidate will form part of a new team Lockton are building to support the roll out of a new administration system. They will be primarily responsible for day to day processing of insurance premiums and fees to support Lockton’s teams around the UK. Developing relationships will be important as this person will be liaising with the client service teams, accounts and other teams as required. They will become an expert user of the system (full training will be provided) and will undertake User Acceptance Testing for future releases of the system.
- Day to day processing of premium and fee transactions to meet agreed KPI’s and service standards
- Set up of new client accounts and changes to client records
- Liaison with client service teams and accounts team and involvement in credit control meetings where required
- KPI monitoring and management – produce and circulate reports as required by the business, identify where action is needed to improve KPI’s
- Exception report management – produce and review exception reports and work with the business to ensure that missing data is input as required
- Support the implementation of the new administration system
- Carry out User Acceptance Testing on new system releases
- Previous experience as an administrator or in a similar processing role
- High level of attention to detail
- Good organisation and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise own workload effectively to ensure deadlines are met
- Microsoft office skills, experience with Excel would be beneficial
