Role responsibilities will include:

- Capturing client details and recording on Lockton internal systems
- Identifying risk exposures and advising on insurance and risk management solutions
- Creating MRC and underwriting submissions using Lockton IT systems
- Providing support to account executives as and when required
- Obtaining quotations from underwriters when needed
- Negotiating with underwriters when required
- Discussing with clients and/or account executives to achieve satisfactory firm order
- Issuing certificates / brokers letters of undertaking as requested
- Maintaining up to date and accurate files
- Liaising with processing team to achieve timely and accurate invoicing
- Providing data to account executive
- Responding to client queries and requests
- Creating endorsements and underwriting agreements as required
- Assisting processing team with payment issues, PPWS and NOCs as required
- Performing final adjustments including lay ups/ NCBs / PCOR etc
- Creating renewal statistics including liaising with claims and account executives
- Providing Tender / RFP support at the necessary times
- Being aware of compliance / sanction implications

· Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing with clients, insurers, and other associates.

· An understanding of the general, legal principles of insurance

· Aviation experience would be a preference

· Have a proficiency in Microsoft Office

· Have a keen attention to detail and be technically proficient when analysing information

· Ability to manage time, prioritise and ensure that deadlines are met without compromising quality

· Knowledge, understanding and ability to prepare a slip

· Ability to build and maintain good business relationships with clients, insurers and associate
