Your Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, design, and implementation of new and innovative approaches to Global People Solutions’ technology and consulting processes.
- Manage Salesforce and Salesforce experience cloud systems and products
- Collaborate with global people solutions consulting teams to develop and design innovative client solutions
- Manage third party vendors and internal resource teams to deliver technological solutions and process standardization and improvements
- Manage internal procedures teams use to process and manage data
- Run annual Surveys
- Implement new or develop existing Salesforce modules and related technology
- Provide best practice guidance on system and consulting practices
- Develop and provide internal and client training on technology and services
- Support the development of internal and client-facing documents and reports in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Conga, Salesforce, etc.
- Coordinate with other business service groups (IT, Operations, Document Design, Accounting, non-US offices, etc.) on various tasks using a partnership approach that facilitates high-quality results and process workflows
- Research local market norms and develop and automate country process procedures based on research
Qualifications
- Leading and managing projects from discovery and design to implementation and training
- Functional experience with Salesforce and the Salesforce experience cloud environment
- Strongly preferred experience with Salesforce pipeline/opportunity management
- Design and implementation of Salesforce functionality
- Salesforce reporting
- Delivery of client services and deliverables via Salesforce
- Experience in global benefits consulting, benefits consulting, or human resources experience such as HRIS and HR process management (global or domestic) strongly preferred
- Ability to successfully build relationships with stakeholders across the organization to design and deliver internal and client facing work products and services
- Experience managing third party vendors
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Experience in data analysis and presentation design
- Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, and a strong background in Excel
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to think intuitively, assertively, and creatively.
- Degree in international studies or business is desired though not required.
- Experience working or living abroad helpful though not required.
- Fluency or professional proficiency in a foreign language helpful
- Sound understanding of:
- Salesforce and HRIS systems
- Global human resources benefits and practices
- Project management
- Relationship management
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platform
- Advanced proficiency using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
