Your Responsibilities
- Lead global employee benefits brokerage and consulting services for multinational client engagements (global benefits strategies, local benefits, cross-border benefits)
- Develop optimal benefits strategies based on client’s business and objectives
- Collaborate within Global Benefits practice to develop and deliver comprehensive client management strategy
- Develop and deliver client presentations and recommendations
- Provide guidance to clients regarding compliant, competitive benefit plans, and related best practices
- Support Senior Consultants on large-scale, complex engagements
- Provide mentorship to Analysts as appropriate. Provide routine feedback on work and technical skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, Graduate degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of related business work experience
- Minimum of 5 years Global Benefits consulting experience
- Project management experience
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Experience in data analysis, financial modeling, and presentation design
- Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative
- Proficiency in a foreign language preferred
- Sound understanding of: cross-border employee benefit plans, compliance and markets; multinational pooling and other global risk financing strategies; health and welfare benefits practice in primary global markets; offshore retirement savings solutions; and extraterritoriality of US laws and regulations
- Familiarity with key regulations affecting core employee benefits and retirement plans in primary global markets
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Salesforce
- Life, health, & accident license, GPHR preferred

The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The hiring range represents the company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
