Your Responsibilities

Role Overview:
As an Aircraft Captain, you will be an integral part of our experienced and specialized team, responsible for the safe and efficient execution of flights. Reporting to the Director of Aviation, you will ensure the secure and thoughtful operation of company aircraft in a safety focused and dynamic business environment.

Qualifications
• Airline Transport Pilot Certificate – Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)
• First Class Airman’s Medical Certificate – FAA
• Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit – FCC
• Current valid passport, with the unrestricted ability to travel world-wide
• Minimum of 500 hours of Pilot-in-Command (PIC) experience in multiengine turbine airplanes
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in turbine aircraft flight operations
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience in business aviation
• 3,500 hours total flight time
• 500 hours PIC experience in turbojet aircraft
• LR45 type rating, or type rating in similar FAR Part 25 multicrew turbojet aircraft
• Experience with international operations in Canada, Mexico and Caribbean
• At least one year of experience with formal company operations manuals and safety programs
• Proficiency with web-based flight planning and communication tools
• Experience with flight-related mobile applications and paperless flight operations
Expectations:
• Flexibility to accommodate extended hours, on call travel, multiple overnight stays, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to travel 80-100%, including international destinations in North America, Central America and the Caribbean
• Reside or be willing to relocate within one hour of the Charles B. Wheeler (KMKC) airport
• Willingness to sign a company non-disclosure agreement
Responsibilities:
• Adhere to all organizational operational safety policies and procedures
• Safeguard company and client assets
• Report and act on safety and security concerns within the scope of the position
• Participate in department team meetings, design projects and uphold organizational objectives
• Assist maintenance, scheduling, and flight attendant personnel as relevant to the role of Aircraft Captain
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to shoulder level for baggage handling
