Your Responsibilities
As the Central Region Executive, you will lead the strategic vision for our HNW private risk solutions, focusing on the unique needs of high-net-worth individuals and families. Your mission will be to elevate the client experience through bespoke insurance solutions, while driving operational excellence and regional growth. You will lead a highly skilled team, cultivate strong relationships with ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients and key partners, and ensure that every interaction reflects the personalized service our clients expect. This role requires a leader with a deep understanding of the HNW insurance landscape, combining strategic foresight with hands-on management to align regional objectives with national goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience Leadership:
· Champion a client-first culture tailored to the HNW segment, ensuring that bespoke, relationship-driven service is central to every touchpoint.
· Design and implement client engagement strategies that reflect the needs and lifestyles of HNW clients, ensuring consistent, high-quality service and personalized coverage solutions.
· Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, risk management, and claims, to deliver seamless, concierge-level service that anticipates the complex and evolving needs of UHNW clients.
Strategic Regional Management:
· Develop and execute a regional strategy focused on growing the HNW business, leveraging market insights, competitive trends, and client feedback to drive differentiation in the ultra-high-net-worth segment.
· Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the HNW/UHNW markets, enhancing market share through innovative offerings and exceptional client service.
· Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on client retention, satisfaction, and portfolio growth, ensuring the region consistently exceeds client and financial targets.
Team Leadership and Development:
· Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of seasoned professionals, fostering a high-performance culture focused on delivering outstanding service to HNW clients.
· Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure that the team is equipped with the expertise and industry knowledge required to meet the unique demands of HNW clientele.
· Promote a culture of accountability and empowerment, encouraging team members to own client relationships and outcomes, ensuring tailored risk management solutions.
Stakeholder Engagement:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, family offices, and partners in the HNW ecosystem, positioning the region as a leader in HNW insurance solutions.
· Advocate for client needs within the organization, ensuring that the complexities of HNW clients’ risk profiles are at the forefront of product development and service delivery.
· Represent the region at industry events, high-profile client meetings, and national forums, positioning our firm as a leader in delivering personalized, top-tier risk management services to HNW individuals and families.
Operational Excellence:
· Oversee regional operations with a focus on delivering bespoke risk management solutions, ensuring that processes are optimized for the unique requirements of HNW clients.
· Implement best practices in HNW insurance service delivery, claims management, and risk assessment, consistently enhancing the client experience and operational efficiency.
· Manage the regional budget, ensuring financial goals are met while maintaining the highest standards of customized care and client service.
Qualifications
· Proven executive track record in leading teams within the HNW insurance segment, with significant experience in crafting and delivering tailored insurance solutions for affluent clients.
· Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex client needs and market dynamics into actionable strategies that drive both client satisfaction and business growth.
· Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage and grow relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients, family offices, and other key stakeholders.
· Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams, with a focus on professional development, mentorship, and driving a client-first culture.
· 10+ years of experience in the HNW insurance segment, with P&L responsibility and experience in managing complex client portfolios and budgets.
