Your Responsibilities

The AVP, Growth Enablement will support the growth of the Talent Solutions and Vendor Consulting practices by driving sales enablement, marketing coordination, and pursuit support. This role will manage the execution of the practice marketing plan, oversee pipeline tracking and reporting, and provide direct training and enablement support for practice growth teams and leadership. The AVP will coordinate speaking engagements, manage content and tools, and partner with practice leaders to ensure sales teams are equipped with the right resources and insights to deliver consistent revenue growth. A critical responsibility of this role is the design, development, and production of marketing and sales support materials, ensuring that all collateral, presentations, and campaigns are visually compelling, strategically aligned, and consistently on-brand.

Sales Enablement & Pursuit Support
•    Execute sales enablement programs, including development of playbooks, pursuit materials, and proposal templates.
•    Lead the design and development of pursuit materials, proposals, and presentations, ensuring they effectively communicate value propositions and differentiate offerings.
•    Partner with Series Liaisons and consultants to provide day-to-day support on pursuits, presentations, and client-facing deliverables.
•    Support Series-level training sessions and develop visually engaging training content.
•    Support onboarding of new Series Liaisons and growth resources with tools, guides, and designed enablement assets.
Pipeline Management & Reporting
•    Own pipeline data integrity, ensuring accuracy and consistency of CRM entries across Series Liaisons and practice teams.
•    Track and report on pipeline metrics (e.g., coverage, stage progression, conversion rates, forecast accuracy) for leadership.
•    Provide insights and dashboards to support revenue forecasting and growth decision-making.
•    Identify gaps in pipeline coverage and recommend enablement actions to address them.
Marketing & Visibility
•    Coordinate and execute the overall marketing plan for the Talent Solutions and Vendor Consulting practices.
•    Manage speaking engagements, sponsorships, and thought leadership opportunities to enhance external visibility.
•    Lead the design and production of marketing collateral and campaigns (case studies, brochures, digital assets, and event materials).
•    Maintain and continually enhance a library of designed sales and marketing tools to support pursuits and campaigns.
•    Ensure brand and messaging consistency across all marketing and sales materials.
•    Support design and development of presentations to executive management and board.
Collaboration & Alignment
•    Serve as a key partner to Series Liaisons, producers, and consultants, ensuring alignment of enablement and marketing efforts with growth priorities.
•    Work closely with practice leaders to align enablement resources with go-to-market strategies.
•    Collaborate with internal Marketing and Communications teams to amplify practice initiatives and scale creative production when needed.

Qualifications

•    5–7+ years of experience in growth enablement, business development operations, or marketing in a professional services or consulting environment.
•    Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or equivalent), pipeline reporting, and forecasting.
•    Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
•    Proven experience in creative design and development of sales and marketing collateral (PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent tools).
•    Experience coordinating events, speaking engagements, or marketing campaigns.
•    Excellent writing, content creation, and presentation development skills.
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
•    Detail-oriented with strong data discipline for pipeline tracking and accuracy.
•    Collaborative team player with ability to support both leadership and frontline sales resources.
•    Strong communicator with ability to simplify complex ideas into compelling, visually engaging content.
•    Organized, execution-focused, and able to balance enablement, marketing, and reporting priorities.
•    Growth mindset with willingness to innovate and improve enablement processes.
•    Creative leader with expertise in design, visual storytelling, and production of high-quality marketing and sales support materials.
•    Legal right to work in the United States.

Tabitha Leister has spent over a decade championing the most vulnerable members of her community: children who have experienced abuse and neglect. As a longtime board member of The Children’s Center, she’s helped drive critical support for more than 150 children each year, ensuring they receive therapy, medical care, and legal advocacy. Her passion and persistence have made her a powerful voice for those who often go unheard. From securing sponsorships for the annual Casino Night fundraiser to speaking at local events, Tabitha is a tireless advocate for children who have endured unimaginable hardship. “I want to continue to highlight the work of our child advocates and the comfort they provide to the most helpless victims. I want to highlight the hope they provide to children in seemingly hopeless situations,” she said. In recognition of her unwavering commitment to her community, Tabitha was named the 2025 Lockton Cares Global Community Impact Award recipient. The Community Impact Awards honor Lockton Associates across the globe who go above and beyond to improve their communities through volunteering and philanthropy. Each recipient can direct a $25,000 donation to a charity of their choice, funded directly by the Lockton family. However, the Global award is reserved for one Associate whose impact stands out among the rest, accompanied by a $100,000 donation funded by the Lockton family. “Being selected as the recipient of this award is both an honor and a deeply personal opportunity to make a meaningful impact on an organization I care about profoundly,” said Tabitha. “In my community, I regularly encounter children whose lives will be positively affected by the support this award enables. While I may never know exactly who benefits, I am confident that the impact is real and close to home. Living in a small community means that every time I step outside my front door, I am among those whose lives are being touched.” Tabitha hopes a portion of the donation will be allocated to support the addition of a child therapist who can provide ongoing care to children served by the center – an investment that would significantly enhance the long-term impact the organization is able to make in the lives of children. “Tab is a tireless advocate for children who have experienced abuse and/or neglect in their homes,” said her nominator. “She works to support the Children's Center by serving on the board, volunteering her time, and dedicating tons of time and energy to their annual fundraiser each spring. For as long as I've known Tab, she has been raising awareness of child abuse and neglect by promoting the positive impact the Children's Center has for victims.” Tabitha credits Lockton’s culture for empowering her to make a difference. “One of my favorite aspects of working at Lockton is the company’s genuine commitment to giving back,” she said. “Lockton empowers employees to make a difference in their own communities by providing the flexibility to engage in causes that matter personally.
