Your Responsibilities
As a Precision Health Analyst, you'll work directly alongside consultants to support client deliverables, analyze population health data, and help employers make smarter decisions about the benefits solutions they offer their people.
- Supports client-facing strategy conversations and helps prepare population health deliverables for self-insured employer clients
- Analyzes claims data, health risk assessments, demographic information, and population health trends using InfoLock, Lockton's proprietary analytics platform, to identify key disease states, emerging trends, and opportunities for intervention
- Assists in developing customized population health and wellbeing strategies designed to improve employee health outcomes and manage healthcare costs
- Helps create, maintain, and evaluate population health reporting tools to establish baselines, measure outcomes, and demonstrate program effectiveness
- Coordinates and participates in client and vendor meetings, ensuring organized and productive discussions while documenting key action items and recommendations
- Assists in building and presenting strategy decks, InfoLock reviews, and client recommendations that support data-driven decision making
- Develops and maintains knowledge of the population health, wellbeing, and healthcare vendor landscape, including carrier wellness capabilities and emerging solutions
- Supports vendor evaluations, implementation efforts, and ongoing vendor performance monitoring
- Researches industry trends, case studies, emerging population health solutions, and relevant governmental regulations impacting employer-sponsored health and wellbeing programs
- Collaborates with consultants and service teams to support ongoing client initiatives and evaluate program success
- Receives and responds to routine client inquiries while maintaining documentation of communications, existing issues, and issue resolutions
- Prepares written correspondence and coordinates with vendors and carriers as requested by senior staff
- Maintains accurate client records, project documentation, and data management systems
- Assists with internal team initiatives, special projects, and other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Population Health, Health Promotion, Exercise Science, Dietetics, Nursing, Social Work, or a related field required
- Recent graduates and candidates with up to two years of experience encouraged to apply
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint; working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills required
- Comfortable leading client and vendor calls with professionalism and preparation
- Ability to develop familiarity with population health vendors, data platforms, and industry trends
- Relevant certifications a plus, including Certified Wellness Practitioner (CWP) or Health Promotion Specialist designation
- Ability to complete continuing education requirements as needed
- Ability to attend company, department, and team meetings as required, including industry training sessions
- Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, proactively protecting confidentiality of client and company information
- Ability to efficiently organize work and manage time in order to meet deadlines
- Ability to travel by automobile and aircraft
- Ability to work on a computer for a prolonged amount of time
- Ability to work outside of normal business hours as needed
- Legally able to work in the United States
