Role Purpose
We have been investing and growing substantially, and as such, our new business pipeline has increased significantly and will continue to do so. We, therefore, require the expertise of a project manager with bid/tender experience to help support our growth.
As part of a growing bid management team, you will support new business, defensive exercises, and strategic reviews. The team supports our MENA business and regularly collaborates with our international offices, coordinating with our specialist expertise across areas such as placement, claims, risk management, and client services. You will also liaise with the design team to ensure we continuously produce high-quality material.
Role Reponsibilities
- End-to-end management of the RfP process from initial publication to timely delivery.
- Accurate interpretation of RfP requirements, timelines, etc.
- Dissemination of roles and responsibilities that are clearly understood by the wider response team.
- Produce concise reports that fully answer the RFP requirements and contain clear messaging.
- Coordination between teams and senior leadership throughout the RFP process.
- Close liaison with the specialists and design team on timelines and workflow.
- Ensuring the RFP processes adhere to our internal compliance process
- Supporting pitch teams with presentation messaging, materials and rehearsal feedback
- Maintenance of an up-to-date Content Library reflective of our global products and solutions
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ previous bid management experience, ideally with a background in Insurance Broking
- Strong team player who can work closely with both the business and other members of the team.
- Flexible, reliable, and able to remain calm and productive under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Possess the ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong time management capabilities
- Ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
