Your Responsibilities
The Program Manager is mainly an internal-facing role and manages the planning, execution, and completion of projects for the Consultant of the Future program. The goal of the position is to leverage the consultant and team lead by allowing them to spend more time directly building programs while also developing new and updated tools and templates to be accessed by other staff members. This role requires experience in standing up and maintaining project management using proven methodologies while communicating in a constructive, collaborative way with teams and co-workers at all levels. Interpersonal skills, creative thinking, data analysis, organization, attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills and determination are imperative. The individual in this position will support the Team Lead in scaling the Consultant of the Future while partnering with the Learning Immersion Track Program Manager.
Position Responsibilities for the Program Manager:
- Project Management
- Provide project management to operationalize new and updated process, projects, tools, and presentations to scale Consultant of the Future across Series.
- Utilize the identified project management tool to develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans and timelines for each Consultant of the Future project; lead weekly sprints.
- Forecast, investigate, and aid in problem solving regarding contingencies, delays or barriers with Consultant of the Future projects while tracking resources and prioritization.
- Manage daily interactions with project teams.
- Prepare and deliver status reports for identified stakeholder groups.
- Draft a summary analysis of project results and how they impact identified stakeholder groups including a financial analysis, coverage analysis and identification of program deficiencies and transition issues as applicable.
- Assist with the development of presentations to represent Consultant of the Future.
- Create and send meeting agendas, calendar invites, and meeting summary to identified stakeholder groups.
- Support the Communication Strategy in developing deliverables.
- Create and manage project files including requesting, gathering, reviewing, and organizing applicable documentation.
- Solicit subject matter expertise, where necessary, from internal Lockton resources and service teams and vendors when necessary to meet objectives.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure on-time delivery of project; identify scope creep, forecast potential barriers.
- Provide excellent service and partnership with all internal and external stakeholders while managing multiple projects.
- Manage stakeholder engagement; track engagement levels by stakeholder groups.
- Collaborate with the Learning Immersion Track Project Manager to ensure cohesiveness of project management; assist team members as needed to meet deadlines.
- Implementation & Delivery
- Develop templates for all Consultant of the Future documents while adhering to all Marketing, Communication, & Branding guidelines; manage the Consultant of the Future landing page.
- Review all Consultant of the Future material being published and collaborate with Workfront/DDS for design enhancement and proofing.
- Assist with the development of presentations for the Consultant of the Future
- Make arrangements as necessary for information to be delivered and communicated to stakeholder groups.
- Participate in full lifecycle implementation of Consultant of the Future deliverables.
- Analysis & Evaluation
- Utilize data to improve internal processes
- Create shareable reports based on data
- Aid in uploading assessment to the assigned assessment tool/application
- Additional Responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must be willing to travel up to 5% of the time

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required (e.g., project management, business administration, human resources) or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in project or program management. CAPM certification preferred.
- 3+ years of working directly with vendor, associates, and/or clients.
- Proven ability to adapt to changing business needs and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Advanced user of project management software. Strong experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
- Ability to interact effectively to accomplish goals with amiable solutions.
