Your Responsibilities
SUMMARY OF OBJECTIVE
The Lockton Specialty Practice Operations Coordinator (Project Manager) will be responsible for overall Project Management within the practice including but not limited to maintenance and development of Smartsheet solutions that drive overall business efficiency and reduce manual/redundant work. A successful candidate for this position has project management and Smartsheet experience, and is proactively looking for ways to digitize and globally harmonize best practices across all functional practice areas while driving success and timeliness in projects under management.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following but other duties may be assigned.
• Experience in Dynamic View development and Pivot Table creation through Smartsheet.
• Experience leveraging and developing Data Shuffle through Smartsheet.
• Experience leveraging and developing Resource Management through Smartsheet.
• Deep understanding of Smartsheet core and advanced applications with an ability to put real solutions in place that maximize the end user experience.
• Extensive understanding of metric creation through Smartsheet through the utilization of Dashboards and advanced formula creation.
• Primary point of contact for end user training, new employee onboarding in Smartsheet, system admin for end user/system troubleshooting.
• Responsible for overall end user experience and tracking efficiency gains through the use of Smartsheet applications.
• Review all new Smartsheet feature releases, analyze how Lockton can leverage new releases and host end user engagement sessions to train/advertise new features.
• Overall Program Owner, ability to analyze requests and globalize/harmonize ways of workings in Smartsheet across all Lockton practice areas.
• Ability to understand Associate and practice needs and translate into Smartsheet solutions that intersect with the broader Lockton Smartsheet initiatives including tracking and reporting.
• Attendance to work is an essential function of this position.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.

Required
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or 1-5 years related experience and/or training.
• College Level Mathematical Skills
• Advanced Computer Skills: Ability to perform the most complex computer tasks and operate various computer programs.
• Moderate to Advanced Power BI skills: Ability to ingest data and create user-friendly dashboards (coordinating with Smartsheet and non-Smartsheet data as needed by the business).
• Full Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak, read, and write fluently and accurately on all levels pertinent to professional needs.
• Very High Reasoning: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Be able to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in math or diagram form and deal with several abstract/concrete variables.
• High Standard of Report Writing
• Typically, more than three years of Client services experience is required
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail required
• Understands industry trends
• Ability to attend industry training sessions
• Ability to travel by automobile and aircraft and be away from home more than one day and night
• Ability to work outside of regular business hours
• Legally able to work in the United States
Preferred
• Ability to design blueprints through Control Center in an optimal and effective way that minimizes manual touchpoints in the system.
• Ability to effectively present information to various people as the job requires.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Ability to display a willingness to make decisions.
• Ability to set and achieve challenging goals.
