Your Responsibilities
The Marketing Analyst will drive new customer growth by creating and collaborating on communications and marketing campaigns that build our brand and develop deeper relationships within the technology industry. A strong bias for action, a self-starter mindset, and the ability to execute effectively are essential traits for success in this position.
Position responsibilities
• Utilizes business development tools and systems to assist with contact management and opportunity funnel development; plan and execute digital ad campaigns in partnership with Creative team.
• Act as an external-facing contact for our existing and prospective book of business, helping to deepen client relationships and convert prospects into clients.
• Organizes, executes, and supports sponsored programs, conferences, webinars, and receptions for clients and prospective clients in the region. Develops mailing/invitation lists, seeks necessary approvals, and creates event invitations in collaboration with the design team. Coordinates and manages pre-planning and debriefing meetings with stakeholders, defining and measuring event metrics.
• Helps build a recognizable brand around our service offering, service model, and team expertise.
• Works with Associates within the Practice, and in collaboration with the broader marketing team, to identify and leverage event and sponsorship opportunities, overseeing and preparing related materials and presentations.
• Drafts updates for the website, intranet, and internal communications.
• Identifies speaking opportunities and other credentialing events for the team, assisting in the production of materials to support participation.
• Track and report on performance of campaigns and other lead generation results.
• Partners with the creative team to produce collateral materials supporting sponsorships and advertisements.
• Assists in selecting, procuring, and managing inventory of promotional items for marketing activities.
• Supports special projects as requested by the Practice leadership team.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Position qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo to create and manage outreach campaigns. Experience with building out custom reports a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail required
• Demonstrated success at achieving targets throughout sales cycle (specifically setting introductions for Producers and Client Teams).
• Strong preference for a candidate that has experience selling in the B2B Technology, eCommerce, health & benefits (including PEO) or Financial Services industry.
• Superior analytical and quantitative skills with a proven ability to use data and metrics to measure success.
• Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, proactively protecting the confidentiality of client and company information
• Must have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, project team members, and associates at all levels of responsibility, representing Lockton in the highest professional manner
• Ability to work outside of regular business hours as needed
• Ability to travel by automobile and aircraft and be away from home more than one day and night
• Legally able to work in the United States
This position may be eligible for annual discretionary bonus consideration.
