Overview
The Strategic Analyst role is a ~2‑year rotational development program designed to build deep expertise across the Strategic Advisory Practice. Analysts rotate through key disciplines—including risk analytics, financial analytics, and alternative risk solutions—to gain hands‑on experience, broaden technical knowledge, and learn how our tools and resources support clients, producers, and internal teams. Upon completion, analysts transition into a permanent role on a Risk Solutions account team.
This role blends analytical rigor with client‑service exposure, mirroring elements of Lockton’s broader associate development programs that provide structured training, leadership exposure, and practical experience in marketing, servicing, and renewal activities.
