People & Culture Coordinator

The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator to support our People & Culture team and Associate lifecycle processes. This role ensures smooth HR operations, maintains data accuracy, and supports data-driven decision-making, in addition to elevating our candidate & associate experience. This role serves as a key partner to the HR team by delivering reliable workforce data, improving HR processes, and acting as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries.
Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, job changes, promotions, and terminations
Prepare and maintain employment documentation such as offer letters, employment contracts, and personnel change notices
Support new-hire onboarding logistics and orientation programs
Serve as the first line of support for Associate inquiries
Manage People & Culture communications, calendar and shared inbox
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS platforms (Workday, ADP, UKG, or similar)
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information
Partner with People & Culture team members to support data requests, reporting needs, and workforce analytics
Generate and analyze Associate reporting including headcount, turnover, and compliance metrics
Identify trends and insights from workforce data and provide recommendations to improve HR processes and employee experience
Assist in developing and improving HR reporting tools, templates, and data visualization methods
Coordinate People & Culture programming, training sessions, and Associate engagement initiatives
Qualifications
Profile
1–3+ years of administration or operations experience, preferably within professional services or consulting
Experience working with HRIS systems (Workday, ADP, UKG, or similar)
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and clearly communicate insights
Experience with HR reporting, data analysis, or workforce analytics preferred
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Experience working autonomously & independently – taking initiative & ownership Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
This role offers an excellent entry point into the People & Culture side of business – learning from the ground up how the function helps drive strong business results. It serves as a pathway to becoming a People Business Partner and or, to specialize in a COE – in addition to, a segway into the commercial side of our business.
