• Lead and grow sophisticated client relationships, serving as a strategic advisor to large commercial clients with complex casualty and loss-sensitive risk programs.
• Shape casualty and risk-financing strategy by designing and leading sophisticated programs involving large deductibles, SIRs, captives, and other alternative risk structures.
• Help clients make better business decisions by evaluating program structure, loss trends, collateral requirements, and total cost of risk and translating those insights into actionable recommendations.
• Lead the market strategy and negotiation process, leveraging strong carrier relationships to achieve competitive program structures, pricing, terms, and coverage solutions.
• Partner with senior client decision-makers, simplifying complex risk, financial, and coverage issues and helping them evaluate both traditional and alternative approaches.
• Bring the best of Lockton to the client by leading cross-functional teams and coordinating specialists across analytics, claims, loss control, and other areas of expertise.
• Partner with business development teams to identify opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and help grow complex accounts.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Associates, sharing expertise and helping build the next generation of talent within the practice.
• Take ownership of results, bringing sound judgment, creativity, urgency, and adaptability to sophisticated client challenges and a dynamic marketplace.
