Lockton recognized for disability inclusion

Lockton is proud to be recognized by the Center for Disability Inclusion with the organization’s Year 1 Seal of Accomplishment, an honor that reflects our commitment to fostering a culture of inclusion for people of all abilities.

The Center for Disability Inclusion (CDI) partners with forward-thinking businesses to advance disability inclusion across the workplace, marketplace, and community. As a CDI partner, we earned the prestigious Seal recognition in December 2025 after completing the first phase of CDI’s proprietary Disability Inclusion Process™.

“This milestone marks our commitment to creating a workplace where individuals of all abilities can thrive,” said Stephanie Robinson, Lockton’s Chief Diversity Officer. “When we foster environments where each person is able to contribute fully, we unlock innovation, strengthen our culture, and reflect the communities we serve.”

Fostering an Inclusive Culture

Our commitment to supporting Associates with varying abilities includes a variety of impactful initiatives, programs, and events that foster a culture of belonging and allyship.

  • Our Neuro & Physical Diversity Associate Resource Group, established in 2025, enhances visibility and support for neurodiverse and physically diverse individuals and provides a safe, empowering space for the group’s more than 200 active members to connect, learn, and advocate.

  • We prioritize continuous learning through regular communication via our Inclusive Insights newsletter and opportunities for education, such as monthly peer support groups and educational resources for Disability Pride Month. We also embed disability inclusion in annual learning and host workshops to build practical skills for inclusion.

  • Internal advocacy is driven by high-impact events, such as a 2025 interview with famed ethologist Temple Grandin during Autism Awareness Month.

  • We continually work to increase accessibility for events, with accommodations such as accessible yoga sessions, fidgets, and adherence to Microsoft’s accessibility guidelines.

Leading the Way in Inclusion

Our efforts have positioned the company as a community influencer in disability inclusion, with initiatives fully integrated into the global DEI framework. The strategic plan emphasizes intersectionality, continuous learning, and allyship, ensuring disability inclusion is embedded in the culture and operations.

CDI’s Year 1 Seal of Accomplishment, which is awarded based on a rigorous application and review process, represents leadership in inclusion and honors businesses that actively influence and elevate disability inclusion in the workforce. Lockton’s designation is a meaningful step toward greater equity, accessibility, and impact, and we are committed to continuing this work and deepening our dedication to inclusion across our organization.

We are proud to be recognized among those setting the standard for inclusive and supportive workplaces. If you're seeking a company that values diversity of abilities, Lockton could be the right fit for you.
