About the Position

As a Client Executive your primary role is to build and maintain excellent working relationships with our clients to ensure that we are providing the best service for all of their insurance needs. This will also include fostering close working relationships with our Brokers and wordings and claims experts. You will be responsible for an allocated portfolio of existing clients to support their ongoing insurance needs and renewal process. This will include supporting strategy meetings with clients and our expert Brokers, preparing market submissions, analysing renewal information, looking for opportunities to provide enhance or additional services and tracking client policies through the renewal process. The role also includes wholesale activities. Alongside your own portfolio, you will provide specialist Power &Renewables support to Lockton retail offices in the UK and internationally, working with their client teams to prepare and present risks to Lloyd’s and the London company market, and helping them deliver the best possible outcome for their clients. As a Global company there will be plenty of opportunity for cross class exposure across all Energy specialisms and the wider business lines we operate in. What is most important to us is your ability to understand what our clients need and provide a bespoke service to ensure these are met in the best possible way.

Your Responsibilities

Building strong partnerships with your allocated portfolio of clients
Proactively track client renewal periods, premium payments and any losses
Analyse renewal information to prepare market submissions
Provide client feedback to contribute to client review meetings and renewal strategy
Support Lockton retail offices on wholesale placements, acting as the link between their client teams and
the London market
Prepare policy documentation including working with our Energy wordings expert for any bespoke clause
wording
Support the claims team on any major losses

Qualifications

Experience of working on Energy business from a Broking, Underwriting or wider Insurance background
An interest in Power and Renewable Energy business is
desirable
Experience of preparing market submissions and policy documentation will be beneficial
An understanding of wholesale broking, and of working with retail broking teams, would be advantageous
Excellent organisation skills with proficiency using Microsoft office
Comfortable communicating with a wide range of audiences including clients and global colleagues
Desire to join a dynamic, entrepreneurial team in a growing organisation

Lockton, the world’s largest independent brokerage firm, has begun a three-year partnership with Tate, a group of four galleries: Tate Modern, Tate Britain, Tate Liverpool and Tate St Ives. This new partnership will focus on three upcoming exhibitions at Tate Britain. From October 2023 it will also support an expanded community programme at Tate Britain. The partnership will allow Lockton and Tate to deliver on their shared agenda of promoting artistic risk-taking, community engagement and access to art for all. Our partnership also means that our UK Associates will get access to the Tate exhibitions and will be an integral part of the relationship. Tate first opened its doors to the public in 1897 with one site. Today it has four major sites and holds the national collection of British art from 1500 to the present day and international art from 1900 to the present day, including nearly 70,000 pieces of art.
