Your Responsibilities
Overview: Lockton has made and continue to make significant investments in data, analytics, and digital capabilities. These investments are critical enablers for our double-digit growth every year. We are looking for a strong technical to lead the deployment of these capabilities for our People Solutions business
Responsibilities:
Strategy:
• Understand and advise on the data, analytics, and digital strategy for Lockton
• Translate, communicate, and execute this strategy for Lockton’s People Solutions business
Product Orientation
• Build a culture, processes for a high performing product-oriented approach to data, analytics, and digital capabilities
• Define and implement the overall product strategy for people solutions business
• Champion the user experience across all products
• Ensure that product decisions are informed by facts ( e.g. user feedback, usability studies, and market insights etc. )
Product Roadmap
• Build and co-own the product roadmap with Product Owners.
• Take full accountability for delivery of product roadmaps as per agreed upon timeline and investments
• Identify potential risks and challenges early and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
Operational
• Ensure performance of products per agreed upon SLAs. Track and analyze key performance metrics to optimize product performance and drive continuous improvement
• Lead operational team for shared activities across products (e.g. contracting, data quality, onboarding, reporting, compliance etc.). Ensure regulatory/contractual/certification compliance ( e.g. PHI management, HITRUST, Carrier contracting etc.)
Market Analysis
• Conduct thorough analysis and research of competitor products to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for product innovation and improvement.
• Lead the efforts to identify and curate future opportunities for data driven products
Qualifications
- • Proven track record of building, delivering and operating data driven software products, preferable in healthcare, insurance environment
• Deep understanding and operating experience in public cloud computing environment
• 5+ years’ experience in managing multiple product roadmaps, coach, and nurture multiple Product Managers
• Hands on experience in delivering software products from conception to launch
• Operational experience and deep understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving strategic objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage delivery teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software engineering, or a related discipline. Masters preferred.
