Your Responsibilities
Description:
SUMMARY
- Provide the highest level of customer satisfaction while supporting client’s needs. Assist in all wellbeing related activities for the development of long term, customized wellbeing engagement strategy.
DUTIES
- Dedicated to a small number of organizations leading the organization’s movement to achieve a “culture of wellbeing”.
- Develops, implements, and oversees a comprehensive wellbeing program in alignment with the goals and objectives of the organization.
- Provides proactive subject matter expertise and collaborates with internal and external team members.
- Serve as the employee liaison to the wellbeing program administrator to ensure communications strategies, challenges and other activities align with overall strategic goal.
- Manages appropriate interventions, programming, campaigns, competitions, and challenges that educate and engage employees.
- Able to envision a multi-year strategic plan and work deep into the tactical details of implementation.
- Participates in the review of medical and pharmacy claims data to assist with identification of new or existing programs that may support the health risk of the population.
- Possesses a basic understanding of the brokerage/consulting business and the need to be “client-driven”.
- Participates in delivery of findings from RFP’s to provide feedback on impact to member experience and/or considerations around communications.
- Seeks ways to improve work processes; uses good judgement to balance creativity with need to get work done.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion, Public Health, Health Sciences, or related field; or equivalent education and/or work experience.
- Knowledge of employee benefits insurance industry, medical training and/or human resources preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated experience in administering a wellbeing program, including program launch, monitoring for success and/or need for reengineering.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate goals and objectives, status and deliverables with team members, and management, including senior executives as needed.
- Professional experience and knowledge of HR and/or Benefits procedures, business protocol and practices, web-based software applications, and systems integration.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to clearly document processes.
- Presentation and group facilitation experience.
- Ability to resolve critical project issues and find amiable solutions for all parties, protecting client’s interests and timelines. Strong time management, initiative and interpersonal skills necessary.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel. Strong experience PowerPoint, word and Microsoft Teams.
- Ability and willingness to travel for client meetings as needed (projected travel <20%).
