Your Responsibilities
Key Outcomes:
- Drive property and casualty content strategy for the Founders Series, including implementing policies and standards that reinforce Lockton's branding strategy, strategic vision, quality goals and client expectations.
- Manage and ensure timely completion of each phase of the creative development work from concept to completion
- Oversee the creation of renewal documents, ads, presentations, flyers/guides, copy and communication for creative projects
- Keep projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, and status reports.
- Analyze workload and predict resource needs in terms of project quantity, complexity, and due dates of deliverables.
- Regularly evaluate the efficiency of processes within the team and apply improvements as needed.
- Establish clear goals, delegate tasks, and set deadlines for the team.
- Cultivate, manage, and develop team members, including designers and production specialists, in the day-to-day performance of their jobs
- Manage relationships/agreements with external partners and vendors.

Qualifications
- Client Focus: Ensure that the client perspective is the driving force behind priorities, business decisions, organizational processes, and individual activities; crafting and implementing services practices that meet clients' needs.
- Planning and Organizing: Establishing an action plan for self and others to compete work efficiently and on time by setting priorities, establishing timelines and leveraging resources.
- Execution: Ensuring others contribute to organization strategies by focusing them on the most critical priorities, measuring progress and ensuring accountability against those metrics.
- Creating a culture of trust: Fostering a work environment that encourages people to act with integrity and treat each other and their ideas with respect.
- Positive approach: Demonstrates a positive attitude in the face of difficult or challenging situations; providing and uplifting (yet realistic) outlook on what the futures holds and the opportunities it might present.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
- 5+ years demonstrated success in team leadership, coaching and development in creative team including heavy focus on fast placed templated projects
- Diligent and detail-oriented, with excellent organizational, project/time management and problem-solving skills.
- Excels at managing and prioritizing high volumes of work.
- Experience with Workfront project management system or other comprehensive project management software preferred
