Your Responsibilities

As a key member of Lockton’s travel operations team, the Travel Program Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and expanding a world-class travel program. Collaborating closely with the Global Travel Manager, this individual will drive adoption, operational excellence, and supplier partnerships across the region while promoting Lockton’s values and travel culture internally and externally.

•    Partner with the Global Travel Manager to develop and manage a best-in-class travel program
•    Act as an internal resource and travel program advocate across all Lockton offices
•    Lead by example, reinforcing Lockton’s Guiding Principles and cultivating a positive, engaged team culture
•    Drive program growth and adoption through education, relationship-building, and brand visibility
•    Manage and nurture supplier relationships while identifying strategic opportunities for new partnerships
•    Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze program data, measure KPIs, and report on success metrics
•    Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership to resolve challenges and unlock new value
•    Cultivate strong internal networks and local stakeholder relationships to ensure regional success
•    Represent the Lockton travel brand both internally and externally to educate and elevate awareness
•    Deliver hands-on oversight and daily support for program operations
•    Oversee and manage assigned projects
•    Stay ahead of travel industry trends by attending relevant forums and training sessions

•    Proven leader with strong operational skills and a track record of program growth and goal achievement
•    Strategic thinker with business acumen and commitment to aligning travel strategy with Lockton’s culture

•    Data-savvy analyst with expertise in identifying actionable insights
•    Entrepreneurial spirit with resilience and agility in fast-moving environments
•    Skilled negotiator with a collaborative mindset and ability to foster win-win relationships
•    Strong knowledge of corporate sourcing processes and travel supplier ecosystems
•    Fluent in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
•    Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint)

Lockton Pledges $1 M...
Lockton has pledged $1 million to support the Spencer Educational Foundation. The contribution, which will advance the Foundation’s mission of supporting the next generation of risk management and insurance professionals, was announced at the Foundation’s annual Funding Their Future Gala, which generated more than $1.9 million, a new high-water mark. Underscoring the firm’s commitment to talent development, Lockton U.S. President Tim Ryan said the contribution will further bolster the Foundation’s ability to provide scholarships, internships, and experiential learning grants. Ryan was the honoree at the Gala, which was held Sept. 18 in New York. “For decades, Spencer has played a critical role in preparing students for meaningful careers in our industry,” said Ryan. “Speaking with several Spencer Scholars was the highlight of the night. Some are the first in their families to attend college. Some are working multiple jobs to pay for school. Their determination is inspiring, and it reminds us that our role isn’t just about financial support—it’s about showing up with our time, our mentoring, and real-world experiences that set students up for success. This is a shared responsibility, and Lockton is proud to invest in the future of our profession by supporting the Foundation’s mission.” Ryan also highlighted the industry’s ongoing need to attract and develop talent with a wide range of skills. “Insurance offers a broad and rewarding set of career paths,” he said. “The more we can arm students with experience, access, and support early in their careers, the stronger our industry will be in the years to come.” Lockton has a long-standing partnership with Spencer.
