Your Responsibilities

As the CotF Coordinator, you will support the implementation of programs that enhance organizational effectiveness, culture, and employee performance. This role involves executing and updating the communication plan, managing communications and developing newsletters, coordinating national curriculum delivery, coordinating schedules and hospitality for internal working sessions, and ensuring a smooth execution of learning events. You’ll collaborate across teams, manage calendars and platforms, and contribute to the development of marketing materials and program documentation.
The Role
- Act as the primary point of contact for Associates regarding CotF program logistics, communications, and attendance.
- Coordinate and communicate national curriculum schedules to stakeholders.
- Manage CotF platforms, including MS Teams, landing page, and mailbox.
- Develop and execute communication plan; design, edit, and distribute program marketing materials (e.g., one-pagers, brochures), and serve as primary contact with internal developers.
- Organize logistics for live and virtual learning sessions.
- Oversee course calendar management, including participation forecasting and facilitator scheduling.
- Align calendars for collaborative sessions and support hospitality needs.
- Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and assist Learning Consultants with deliverable setup.
- Develop templates and documentation for learning tracks and capstones.
- Support course setup and export in Rise; conduct smoke testing to ensure a positive learner experience.
- Proofread deliverables and review for consistency.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
- 2+ years of professional experience in publicly traded or a private sector for profit corporation with revenue of at least $500M.
- 1+ year supporting a department/team working across multiple time zones with a heavy focus on coordination, planning and scheduling with an employee population of +5000 employees.
- 1+ year working in marketing, communications, human resources, or advertising preferred.
- 1+ year working in insurance, financial services, employee benefits, or consulting preferred.
- Strong visual creation skills to include PowerPoint, one-pagers, marketing materials, brochures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Cornerstone, Workday,
- Demonstrated stakeholder management from Interns to C-Suite.
- Enthusiasm for fostering career growth and continuous improvement.
