Your Responsibilities
The Head of PRS Marketing leads the strategy, development, and execution of premium, relationship driven- marketing programs supporting Lockton’s private client and family office segments. This leader builds national awareness of PRS capabilities while equipping PRS Sales teams and client teams with refined, sophisticated tools that enhance client acquisition, retention, and long-term- loyalty.
This leader will bring a deep understanding of the high net worth (B2C) mindset and expectations, balancing brand sophistication with practical support for Sales teams, and client-facing teams. Success in this role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on execution in a highly nuanced, premium environment, ensuring PRS Sales teams and teams are equipped with best-in-class marketing tools and resources to drive growth and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Positioning
· Develop and own the national marketing strategy for Lockton’s PRS business.
· Define differentiated positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to private clients, families, and family offices.
· Ensure all marketing embodies trust, discretion, credibility, and a premium brand experience.
Client Experience & Relationship Marketing
· Create programs that strengthen the end-to-end- client journey—from awareness and acquisition to retention and referral.
· Develop content, experiences, and communications that reinforce advisory excellence and long-term- partnership.
· Ensure marketing enhances, rather than replaces, personalized advisor-client- relationships.
Producer & Team Enablement
· Build best-in-class marketing materials, including presentations, communications, prospecting tools, and -client-ready- resources.
· Create scalable templates and toolkits that support consistency without sacrificing personalization.
· Partner with PRS leaders and Sales teams to identify needs and refine materials based on feedback and performance.
Content, Events & Experiences
· Lead creation of premium PRS content such as insights, guides, newsletters, and thought leadership.
· Partner with the Events team to deliver exclusive gatherings, private briefings, and curated experiences aligned to the PRS brand.
· Ensure all touchpoints reflect an elevated aesthetic, tone, and standard of quality.
Brand Alignment & Communications Integration
· Collaborate with Corporate Communications to elevate executive visibility and integrate PRS messaging into broader narratives.
· Maintain strict alignment to enterprise brand standards while enabling bespoke, premium execution where appropriate.
Operational Excellence & Measurement
· Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure processes, platforms, and reporting support the unique needs of private client marketing.
· Establish metrics aligned to relationship-based- success (e.g., retention, referrals, engagement quality).
· Continuously refine programs through data, advisor feedback, and market trends.
Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
· Build and lead a focused PRS marketing center of excellence.
· Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across U.S. Marketing, PRS, Risk, Enterprise Marketing, and other partner teams.
· Provide insights into private client- mindset, expectations, and emerging trends.
Qualifications
· 10+ years of marketing leadership experience with deep exposure to private clients, luxury, family office, wealth, or professional services audiences.
· Strong understanding of affluent client expectations, discretion, and relationship driven- engagement.
· Proven experience supporting advisors, sales teams, or relationship-based- sales teams.
· Demonstrated ability to balance brand sophistication with day-to-day- operational execution.
· Experience leading marketing within complex, matrixed organizations.
Preferred Experience
· Background in insurance, wealth management, private banking, financial advisory, or similar professional services.
· Experience producing premium content, hosting elevated events, and operating in compliance-conscious- environments.
