Your Responsibilities
The Account Manager – Client Executive Team is responsible for delivering high touch service and operational excellence in support of Client Executives. This role coordinates daily service for high net worth clients, drives new business readiness, and supports placement and renewal execution. The role requires strong technical expertise, disciplined workflow management, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast moving, hybrid producer environment.
Essential Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management & Service
• Deliver a high-touch, concierge-level client experience in partnership with Client Executives, ensuring every transaction reflects Lockton PRS service standards.
• Proactively manage client relationships, anticipate needs, and provide tailored insurance and risk management solutions.
• Own key service workflows-including endorsements, certificates, ID cards, and policy documentation executed with accuracy, urgency, and exceptional attention to detail.
• Demonstrate disciplined time and workflow management to meet internal and client-facing deadlines for a fast-paced hybrid-producer environment.
New Business Support
• Partner with Client Executives and Growth Leader to advance new business from submission to bind by gathering client information, organizing required data, and delivering complete, client ready packages.
• Assist with underwriting strategy, carrier selection and proposal development.
• Participate in targeted cross sell initiatives and growth campaigns identifying opportunities and executing actions that accelerate PRS growth and deepen client relationships.
Placement & Renewal Management
• Manage the renewal workflow by gathering underwriting details, verifying exposures, and coordinating all required information to support accurate marketing and underwriting decisions.
• Oversee agency billing, invoicing, and surplus lines tax filings end to end, troubleshooting issues to ensure precise, timely resolution.
• Evaluate renewal outcomes to determine remarketing needs and oversee precise policy issuance, documentation, invoicing, and timely delivery to clients.
Risk Advisory & Technical Expertise
• Leverage deep knowledge of risk management, valuations, and mitigation to produce precise internal documentation that enables proactive, high net worth client guidance.
• Provide tailored, expertise driven recommendations that align with each client’s assets, lifestyle, and overall risk profile, reinforcing a proactive, high touch advisory experience.
Team Coordination & Communication
• Demonstrate strong judgment in interpreting and executing instructions from Client Executives and Growth Leader ensuring work is completed accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate and delegate internal tasks appropriately, supporting smooth team workflow and maintaining high service standards.
• Exercise discernment in knowing when to advance tasks independently and when to engage Client Executives, Department Managers, or other stakeholders to ensure optimal outcomes.
Qualifications
• A minimum of three years' experience in servicing high net worth clients.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Experience with high net worth carriers-Chubb, Private Client Services, Pure, Cincinnati, and Berkley One preferred.
• Proven ability to manage and retain a complex book of business
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills required
• Professional presence and ability to advise high-net-worth clients and their advisors.
• Proficiency with agency management systems (Epic or comparable).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
