Your Responsibilities
The Marketing/Sales Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting the sales and marketing teams by assisting with lead generation, campaign coordination, client communications, and sales enablement activities. This role helps ensure seamless alignment between marketing initiatives and sales efforts, contributing to overall revenue growth and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Assist the sales team with the preparation of proposals, presentations, quotes, and client materials.
• Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate client data and pipeline information.
• Support the coordination and follow-up of sales leads, ensuring timely communication and tracking.
• Help develop and distribute sales collateral, product sheets, case studies, and other enablement materials.
• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and digital advertising.
• Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing content such as newsletters, blog posts, and promotional materials.
• Help with event planning and logistics for trade shows, webinars, client meetings, and promotional events.
• Support lead generation activities through research, list building, and campaign tracking.
• Manage inbound inquiries and ensure they are routed to the appropriate sales representatives.
• Track and report on sales and marketing campaign performance metrics.
• Monitor KPIs such as lead conversion, email open rates, and engagement levels.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards for the sales and marketing leadership teams.
• Maintain organized files and records of marketing and sales materials.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-ups between prospects and the sales team.
• Support ad hoc administrative and project management tasks as needed.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, sales support, or customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office, and marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva).
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
• Experience in B2B marketing or sales support environments.
• Basic graphic design or content creation experience is a plus.
