Your Responsibilities
Lockton is seeking a Senior Analyst with strong analytical and operational experience to scale and manage US Compensation programs. As a Reward Analyst, you will play an integral role in the execution of strategic reward programs that promote market competitiveness to attract and retain talent while aligning with reward philosophy. This is an influential role in the implementation of Reward programs, communications and training and compensation tools where the successful candidate is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and management of compensation and benefits programs across multiple countries. This role involves analyzing market data, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and providing insights to support strategic decisions on aspects of compensation and benefits. The preferred location for this full-time position will be our Kansas City office however can be flexible for the right candidate.
- Analyze and interpret compensation data to provide insights that drive decision making
- Develop and automate regular reports to support the compensation team utilizing data from multiple internal systems including headcount, compensation history, hierarchy structure, market data, job architecture
- Support and input into the development & management of a centralized HR database and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information
- Design easy to understand management reporting and dashboards for all audiences (HR partners, Senior Leaders, etc)
- Partner with HR operations and IT to ensure data integrity within the company
- Support global and regional projects such as annual cycle, job architecture, system implementations and policy changes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of reward initiatives.
- Identify areas for process optimization to support future growth and scalability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification (e.g., CCP, GRP) preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis or a related field, preferably within the financial services industry or a similarly regulated environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with expertise in Excel and other data analysis tools such as Power BU or similar platforms. Experience with compensation benchmarking surveys and HRIS systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Understanding around using data to create actionable insights.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
