Your Responsibilities
As part of Lockton’s Global Marketing and Communications organization, reporting to the VP of Marketing Operations and Digital, we are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the evolution of Marketing and Communications Microsoft toolsets. With a focus on SharePoint Online, the Viva Suite, and PowerBI, this role will shape our digital Associate experience by delivering seamless, intuitive, and productive workplace solutions for knowledge sharing and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product vision, strategic plan, roadmap, and backlog for digital workplace initiatives.
- Serve as product ambassador, driving adoption, optimization, and integration of Microsoft tools like SharePoint Online and Viva Suite, aligning them with business needs and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including IT, Global People and Culture, global business stakeholders, and Shared Services—to enhance digital collaboration and knowledge management, fostering a knowledge-first experience.
- Establish KPIs to measure success, such as user engagement, adoption rates, and collaboration improvements, ensuring tools meet evolving organizational goals.
- Gather and prioritize requirements across the business, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria, ultimately approving user stories for every sprint and features in each release.
- Conduct regular reviews of tools, leveraging user feedback to continuously improve digital workplace solutions.
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying innovative use cases to enhance Lockton's digital Associate experience.
- Provide integration requirements between Microsoft tools and third-party applications, ensuring seamless platform interactions.
- Drive user adoption and training, supporting change management efforts to maximize platform effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Communications team to establish content governance with proper oversight.
- Ideate and expand PowerBI reporting dashboards to demonstrate the value of the Marketing and Communications team.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in product ownership, digital workplace transformation, or related fields.
- Expertise in the capabilities and functionality of Microsoft tools such as SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and Viva collaboration platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital workplace user experience, governance, and security.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Data visualization and storytelling skills with PowerBI, showcasing an ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
- Ability to partner with business and technology Associates to deliver a product that meets the business needs.
- Ability to ideate and build innovative solutions leveraging existing toolsets to meet business needs.
