About the Position
Lockton is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join our Dallas team as the supportive force that empowers one of our top Producers, allowing them to focus on delivering the highest level of service to our clients. Your Responsibilities
- Provide support to assigned Producer Partner(s) to ensure company goals and objectives are accomplished and operations run effectively
- Manage professional and personal scheduling, including agendas, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other related logistics
- Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, including the content and flow of information to Associates, Producers, and/or Clients
- Prepare and submit statements, reports, financials, and other documents
- Assist with project management, event planning, and client visit logistics
- Perform administrative and office support, including spreadsheet creation, maintenance of documentation, utilization of filing and database systems, and other clerical functions
- Support the growth and success of the Producer by offering and seeking out best practices, proactive problem solving, and creative ideas
Qualifications
- Minimum five (5) years of Executive Assistant and/or professional administrative experience – high level management support experience (required)
- Completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products, with the ability to learn new software and systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions
- Proficient in triage skills, including assessing needs, prioritizing tasks, and making sound judgements in a dynamic environment
- Exceptional time-management abilities, capable of organizing and coordinating multiple tasks efficiently
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy with strong analytical and systematic thinking skills
- Focus on reliability and stability that will positively impact day to day operations and efficiencies
- Exhibit the following interpersonal skills: resourceful, collaborative, adaptable and able to think quickly on your feet (with minimal supervision)
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality relating to Lockton and/or Client information
- Legally able to work within the United States
