Your Responsibilities
The Corporate Payment Solutions Specialist reports to the Corporate Payment Solutions Manager. This growing team oversees the outgoing payment processes relating to Lockton US, including administering and supporting Concur Expense, corporate card program initiatives, and supplier maintenance tasks. The Specialist’s primary responsibility is to review and action the incoming Associate/Producer expense reimbursement requests in SAP Concur.
Responsibilities:
- Review and action SAP Concur expense reports in the dedicated Receipt and Processor Auditor steps in a timely manner.
- Provide timely and professional responses to Concur Expense SysAid tickets (Associate T&E helpdesk).
- Aid on creating/maintaining training documentation for Concur Expense.
- Support end-user inquiries regarding Associate/Producer Corporate Card and Supplier P-Card programs.
- Assist with returned corporate payments issues (void and reissue) relating to Check, ACH, or P-Card.
- Serve as backup for supplier maintenance requests and updates.
- Partner with the US Accounting team to identify training opportunities and enhancements on supplier standards, voucher or payment errors, and expense GL accuracy improvements.
- Partner with Treasury on other payment improvement initiatives for Lockton US.
- Ensure that all deadlines are set and met, and quality and service standards are maintained.
- Ensure compliance with all accounting department policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with Manager with other process improvement suggestions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Business/Finance or equivalent education/experience.
- SAP Concur Expense experience preferred.
- Possess strong customer service skills that promotes problem solving & critical thinking.
- Ability to convey a professional and positive image and attitude and foster a team-based environment.
- Accounts Payable experience a plus.
- Excellent computer skills including experience with MS Office software.
- Strong project management and time management skills.
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
