Your Responsibilities
The Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for early to senior-level career opportunities within our Shared Services teams. This role plays a critical part in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the Center’s operational excellence.
- Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, coordinating, administering assessments, conducting reference checks, and extending verbal offers.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business needs and industry best practices.
- Partner with hiring managers and organization leaders to understand talent needs, define role requirements, and create tailored sourcing strategies.
- Promote and articulate the Lockton brand, culture, and values to prospective candidates.
- Proactively source and engage both active and passive candidates using a variety of innovative techniques and platforms.
- Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify and attract high-potential candidates.
- Support university recruiting initiatives and collaborate with internal stakeholders on campus engagement strategies.
- Contribute to the development of employer branding, social media presence, and recruitment marketing materials.
- Manage requisitions and candidate pipelines using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Negotiate and manage third-party agency agreements to ensure favorable terms and cost-effective partnerships.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment documentation, job descriptions, and candidate records.
- Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred.
- 5–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required; corporate recruiting experience preferred.
- Proven track record in recruiting for shared services functions—including IT, Accounting, Marketing, and Human Resources—as well as other critical roles that support and drive success within our insurance-focused industry.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Proven experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Taleo), LinkedIn Recruiter, external job boards, and social media recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with a requirement to be onsite at least three days per week.
- Ability to work outside of normal business hours as needed.
