About the Position
Lockton is seeking a highly motivated, self-starter to join our Global Solutions Team! As the primary client contact, the Global Solutions Client Executive is responsible for the management of a complex book of global clients, leading the client engagement and driving the execution on their global business strategies and objectives. Your Responsibilities
- Leadership of a dedicated book of business
- Strong relationships with global clients —understand their global insurance needs and requirements
- Up to date on all industry and global economic trends to provide informed advice to clients
- Accountable for the global service and execution
- Lead market relationships and negotiation
- Manages the entire renewal process
- Client Manager and Analyst Leadership and Development
- Series AEs
- Producers with book $1M-$5M
- Country Leadership — accountable for senior level relationships and develops senior market relationships accountable for carrier performance
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Full working coverage knowledge of all lines of business
- Identifies opportunities to create synergies and reduce frictional costs of global programs
- Articulate in Lockton’s global capabilities, value proposition and differentiators
- Ability to analyze exposures and identify risks, inconsistencies, and accuracy of reported data
- Creates timely and accurate submissions, initial quote comparisons and coverage reviews
- Prepares and presents RFPs+
- Leadership and development of Global Analysts
- Navigator accuracy and reporting
- Accountable for Resource Pro deliverables
- Typically, more than 7 years of Client services experience is required
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills required
- Demonstrates strong working knowledge and experience within brokerage industry
- Understands industry trends and governmental regulations
- Ability to complete continuing education requirements as needed
- Ability to attend company, department, and team meetings as required, including industry training sessions
- Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, proactively protecting confidentiality of Client and company information
- Ability to efficiently organize work and manage time to meet deadlines
- Ability to travel by automobile and aircraft
- Ability to use office equipment such as a computer, keyboard, calculator, photocopier, and facsimile machine
- Ability to work on a computer for a prolonged amount of time
- Ability to work outside of normal business hours as needed
- Legally able to work in the United States
