Your Responsibilities
Fueled by our success and expanding business opportunities, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to support the execution of key operational and business initiatives. This role will assist in managing projects, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with company goals. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to collaborate across teams, and a drive for continuous improvement. Project Management
• Assist in managing projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with operational and business objectives.
• Support in defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Maintain project plans, track milestones, and flag risks to ensure smooth execution.
• Facilitate team meetings, document action items, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
Operational & Strategic Support
• Support the execution of strategic initiatives, process improvements, and operational priorities.
• Gather and analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process optimization.
• Assist in identifying operational challenges and implementing solutions for efficiency.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive business information.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with department teams to drive operational efficiency and execute company-wide initiatives.
• Coordinate communication between teams, ensuring clarity on project expectations and deliverables.
• Assist in organizing and structuring cross-functional projects to drive efficiency.
Data Analysis & Reporting
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success.
• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor project performance.
• Provide insights based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify and escalate trends, risks, and opportunities that may impact business operations.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in project management, focusing on operations or process improvement
• Familiarity with healthcare/employee benefits insurance datasets and terminology a plus
• Exposure to managing cross-functional projects and working with diverse teams
• Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
• Able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve challenges
• Adaptable and flexible in response to evolving business needs and shifting priorities
• High level of professionalism, with the ability to handle sensitive business information discreetly and confidentially
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification a plus
• Hands-on experience and proficiency using project management tools (Smartsheet experience preferred)
• Experience with data analysis and performance measurement tools (Alteryx and Power BI experience preferred)
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 for Enterprise applications, including Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
