Your Responsibilities
The Marketing Manager plays a key role in developing the traditional and digital marketing plans to support the overall business and program objectives for selected clients within the Lockton Affinity portfolio. Duties will include overseeing traditional and digital marketing initiatives to raise program and brand awareness, as well as maintaining a positive image and experience for our clients and customers. This position also provides leadership to team members and ensures the marketing deliverables and services meet the exemplary standards of Lockton Affinity and our clients.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serves as the lead point of contact for Program Executives, ensuring successful prioritization and timely delivery of marketing solutions, according to program objectives, to positively influence business results.
- Creates and manages implementation of annual strategic marketing plans for assigned programs; tracks and analyzes key program metrics.
- Writes and communicates marketing campaign creative briefs to define requirements, strategies and goals for assigned programs and projects.
- Reviews marketing deliverables for accuracy, ensuring marketing messages are consistent and on strategy; communicates necessary revisions to the team in a collaborative, constructive, positive manner.
- Manages the creation and implementation of tracking links across assigned programs.
- Utilizes Google Analytics to analyze website performance and develops strategies for implementing GA tracking through Google Tag Manager.
- Prepares reports to help evaluate program growth, acquisition and retention.
- Assists in the development of content strategy that is aligned with short-term and long-term marketing plans across Lockton Affinity programs.
- Ensures consistency in customer experience and brand voice across various touch points.
- Assists in the development of new program websites and the ongoing management of these sites to ensure content is accurate, up-to-date and aligned with SEO best practices.
- Improves online experiences for users; identifies testing opportunities to enhance site performance. Recommends site updates and user experience improvements.
- Collaborates with internal teams to execute creative that delivers on goals and are technically feasible to implement.
- Manages the compliance review process for assigned programs, ensuring Lockton Affinity and partner marketing is reviewed and approved for distribution.
- Other duties that may be assigned to meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in discipline-related field (advertising, marketing, business or related)
- 3-5 years of experience in related field
- Understands modern design techniques and best practices, whether for websites, apps and digital advertising or print and traditional executions
- Experience working with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Experience with digital marketing technology platforms including CMS, CRM and marketing automation software preferred
- Exceptional PC operating systems computer skills and thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Suite required
- Ability to translate company goals and objectives into actionable and measurable marketing programs and project plans
- Superior client service, commitment to quality and demonstrated ability to grow internal and external client relationships
- High personal accountability and a willingness to do whatever is needed to get the job done
- Excellent time-management skills; ability to multi-task and manage fast-paced projects with strict deadlines
- Demonstrates initiative, self-reliance, flexibility and a positive attitude
- Strives for excellence in everything from concept to completion of all projects, on time and on budget
- Strong proofreading skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with designers, developers, content creators, production teams, project managers, program executives, and clients.
- Experience juggling multiple brand identities simultaneously
