Your Responsibilities
Lockton Dunning Benefits is currently seeking an Account Executive to provide support in the implementation, administration and analysis of our clients’ population health and wellness strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience in population health, wellness, employee benefits and/or account management. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism; possess the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and the flexibility to easily adapt to changing priorities.
• Review and summarize clients’ current population health benefit resources and wellness program strategy.
• Aid in strategic planning and consulting advice to clients and client service teams.
• Evaluate new and existing population health and wellness vendors.
• Assist with the production of requests for proposal, coordinating vendor responses, comparison of responses and preparation of client report with recommendations.
• Assist with vendor implementation plan, including the coordination and participation in meetings.
• Assist in the review of agreements and/or documents related to population health and wellness programs.
• Provide limited assistance to clients on wellness rules & regulations.
• Monitor program vendor service delivery and assist in issue escalation and resolution.
• Support Precision Health’s team with projects, presentations, development and distribution of benchmarking, and communications.
• Request Infolock/Population Health analysis reports and prepare initial client presentation.
• Utilize Infolock data and vendor reporting to measure and track program results.
• Ability to manage the Infolock report request process.
• Participate in internal office meetings as required.

Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience in employee benefits, population health or account management.
• Working knowledge of population health/wellness industry vendors.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to develop strong client relationships with multiple clients.
• Ability to interact with vendors effectively.
• Effective presentation skills and comfortable presenting to large groups of people, including executives and C-Suite
• Demonstrated experience in producing complex reports using intermediate skills in Excel – including multiple data sets, pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Experience in managing day-to-day operational aspects of a project.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to identify and solve problems through creativity, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects (planned and unplanned), meet deadlines and maintain quality of work.
• Proficiency in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
• Ability to travel
