This role sits at the very heart of that model, as we mature as a Global People function, establish ourselves as an OD Team, to grow & develop our Lockton Associates. Operating as a strategic business partner, consulting with the business to develop & deliver Organizational Development strategies, that deliver measurable impact and drive strong business results.

As the OD Consultant, Facilitation & Delivery you focus on designing and facilitating impactful leadership curriculum to enhance managerial effectiveness and amplify career growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess learning needs, create tailored development experiences and deliver high-quality content in multiple formats.
The Role
- Facilitate leadership and consulting training programs to strengthen managerial skills, leadership capacity and succession bench strength
- Collaborate with nationwide stakeholders to identify development needs and recommend innovative learning solutions
- Develop engaging curriculum, including virtual instructor-led sessions, eLearning courses, job aids and live in person cohorts
- Execute learning initiatives aligned with business goals, ensuring seamless delivery and execution
- Implement and oversee coaching initiatives to support professional growth and team development
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics
- Stay informed about new trends and technologies in learning and development to enhance training experiences
- Maintain high standards for instructional design, ensuring consistency and quality across all programs
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree or certifications preferred
• 8+ years of experience required post undergraduate degree
• 4+ years of experience managing or coaching others within a corporate leadership framework
• 3+ years working in a national commercial organization
• Strong facilitation skills, including virtual instructor-led training
• Proficiency in instructional design frameworks like ADDIE and tools such as Adobe InDesign or Articulate Storyline preferred
• Demonstrated stakeholder management in a publicly traded Company
• Enthusiasm for fostering leadership and career growth
• Creativity and attention to detail in designing learning experiences
• Strong communication and facilitation skills in both virtual and in-person settings
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
